These terms apply to use of the Sip ’n Dip Mermaid Reunion website and its registration form, operated by Big Sky Development Enterprises, Inc., doing business as O’Haire Inn and Sip ’n Dip Lounge. By using the site or submitting a registration, you agree to these terms.
Reunion registration
Registration is free and is only for former Sip ’n Dip mermaids and mermen. The public may attend the reunion event without completing the merfolk registration form. A submitted registration is not a lodging reservation or guarantee of participation in any optional activity. Registered merfolk will receive a reunion T-shirt while supplies and event plans permit. Organizers may contact you to confirm details or eligibility.
Schedule and availability
Event times, activities, capacity, performers, and other details may change. The current official reunion date is Saturday, July 17, 2027. Material updates will be communicated to registered participants when practical.
Your submissions
You must provide information that is accurate and that you have the right to submit. Optional photos and stories remain private registration materials unless you select the separate optional publication permission. Do not upload material that violates another person’s privacy, copyright, or other rights.
Conduct and participation
Participants are expected to follow venue rules, respect staff and guests, and behave safely. The reunion has no planned swimming, tank performance, or other aquatic activity. Some former merfolk may be invited to participate in a public autograph booth if that activity is added; participation will be optional and separately coordinated.
Age, food, and drinks
The reunion has no general age restriction. Alcohol may be purchased and consumed only by guests who meet legal age requirements and venue rules. Registration is free; food and drinks are purchased individually at the event.
Travel, lodging, and purchases
You are responsible for your own transportation, lodging, food, drinks, purchases, and related arrangements unless organizers state otherwise in writing. Links to the O’Haire Inn or other services are provided for convenience and may be governed by separate terms.
Cancellations
If you register and later cannot attend, please notify Sandra Johnson-Thares promptly so the organizers do not order an unnecessary reunion T-shirt.
Independent events
Any Mermaid Festival or other separately promoted event occurring during the same weekend is independently planned and is not operated by Big Sky Development Enterprises, Inc. or part of this reunion unless the website expressly states otherwise.
Website availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available, and these terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without overriding any consumer right or other protection that applies by law.
